The third Fruit of the Spirit is Peace.

Read Philippians 4:4-7 together this week.

Peace is not the absence of conflict or trouble, but rather a calm understanding inside that lets you know that God is in control no matter what the circumstances around you may be.

It is easy to look around and be worried or anxious about the bad things that you Got Fruit peacesee.  The bible tells us that not to worry (Matt 6:25-34) but instead talk to God about the worries that you have, and He will give you a peace that passes all understanding.

Questions:

  • What is peace?
  • What are some things you worry about?
  • What should you do when you get worried?
  • Pray together that God would give you peace in your heart.
